i have sony vaio PCG-31G3 notebook, and its operat...

i have sony vaio PCG-31G3 notebook, and its operating system fail a few days ago. so, i want to reinstall new operating system, but,,,didn't start from external cd drive. i look the bios option, but, it has only 3 boot option, 1. atapi cd rom 2. internal HDD 3. network boot how to solve the problem
