the laptop fell off my bed and hit the floor on a corner. now, the video appears with diagonal pinkish lines very similar to a candy cane stripe, even when in BIOS. it is a model PCG-932A with the ATi video card. I have uninstalled and re-installed the windows video drives (win XP machine) with no change. Any suggestions on what i can do to determine if the problem lies with my onboard video or with the LCD screen?
