0 reboot your system go into your bios and see what device is booting your system. example= harddrive, network, cdrom, usb device. etc. if every thing is fine there then try to get into safe mode (F8) and go to your system restore and see if you can restore your system to another day before you had this problem. once this is done check and see what was the last program that was installed that could be causing you the problem. also while you are in safe mode go to (run) type in (msconfig) a window will open up look at the (start) tab and see what your system is loading when your system starts. you could have a program there that is giving you a problem and needs to be removed or disable.
