I can't get my computer to connect with a netgear wireless router from virgin. They keep asking me to manually turn on the wireless connection but I don't know where to look. We had a router that worked fine then stopped, so I'm wondering if we turned something off by accident. They said to look on the keyboard but I don't know what key it is, please help. Thanks
