I installed 2 new batteries. I see "ACCESS" blinki...

I installed 2 new batteries. I see "ACCESS" blinking on the screen, whatever buttons I click it just keep on displaying "ACCESS", I guess my question is what do I do after I install batteries. Thanks; Parviz
