Question About Sony Microcassette Recorder M-637V
My boss records into a M-637V with the volume turn...

My boss records into a M-637V with the volume turned down low, and I transcribe from an M-2000 with the transcriber turned up all the way, but i can barely hear her, and it''s very muffled. I have actually heard her dictating, and that's not what she sounds like. What can we do to hear more clearly?
