Question About Sony Projector VPL-CX6
No Power...

We have had six of these SONY VPL-CX6 projectors go out in the last three months. Seems to bethe same problem, NO POWER! Any others have this problem? Solutions? Fixes?

3 its a problem with a powerconductor ($30, 22€) it is very common. dont know how and where to replace it but the projector is still okay! it only happens when the projector has no power anymore. if you leave it in the powerplug this problem will not occur again as soon as it will turn on again (can take up to five days!!!)

0 Thanks for the above - my old VPL-CX3 has the red light on but will not turn on - same thing happened years ago and I left it on for days, and suddenly it started working for years. Hope the fix works this time.
