We have a Sony VPL-EX86 projector. When we press the start-up button the screen will light up and there appears to be a black stain around the edges of the screen. The projector will then close itself down, the cover will close-up and the amber light on the side will come on. Is this indicating a fault and if so is it fixable, and how do we arrange a repair?
