when trying to print using correll paint shop a bo...

when trying to print using correll paint shop a box opens that has several smaller boxes which each require a specific set of numbers. there is a small padlock next to these boxes thus not allowing me to put the numbers back to there default settings.please tell me how to restore the default setting on my star micronics TSP600
