Question About Tally Genicom Printer 5040
how to install it?...

i have been trying to install the tally genicom 5040 serial printer using the serial cable and each time i install the drivers and try to send a test page its just showing that the page is printing but its not.is it that iam not installing the drivers correctly or what?
