Question About Tally Genicom Printer tally genicom 5040
Instalation process...

The driver was already installed through the PC, but still can not used yet. As for information, the PC's operating system (OS) is using the win XP Professional, meanwhile the printer's driver was installed as for windows 2003, is it take an effect? thanks for the reply.
