Question About Tally Genicom Printer 5040
please help..how do i install the tally 5040 serial printer?...

i have been trying to install the tally 5040 serial printer using the serial cable but each time i install printer drivers and try to send the test print, it shows that its printing whilest its not. is it that iam not installing the drivers properly or the is just the point iam missing to install the printer.please help me iam desperate....
