we have a Tally LA 650 and it keeps printing out o...

we have a Tally LA 650 and it keeps printing out one sentance per page. For example we are a resort and when printing the arrivals list we get one name printed, then 4 pages skip then another name prints, then skips 4 pages, etc. How do I fix that?
