Targus (PAWM10U) Wireless Optical Ntbk Mouse...

cannot get to respond put adaptor in usb port push button on adaptor and blue light flashes turn on mouse and hold red button until usb adaptor stops flashing I think it should be working but not so I do not know what I am doing wrong
