If I were Telefunken I would be seriously worried about this product! They are already listed on Hellopeter with numerous complaints. In addition to other people I also took the machine back 2x as it did not work. The third time it finally worked but does not allow one to connect a 3g modem to the unit. i.e. it states that the usb port is being disconnected. Seem like a load of cra...........p! But if you can help me then please markjc@mweb.co.za
