I have a TI5029 calculator that won't print. When...

I have a TI5029 calculator that won't print. When I select print there is an arrow (pointing( toward the left) and a zero (0.) on the right. At this time nothing happens when I try put anything number in the calculator. Pls. help. Worked find one day-the next would not print. When I have the print tab off- calculator works fine.
