Present Value Problem...

I don't have the instruction manual anymore, and I'm trying to use your instructions online to solve this math problem of mine. I can't seem to get the right value. Can you help me? I have several to do, so if someone can show me how to do just one I'll be able to figure out how to do the rest. By the way I have a BA II Plus Calc. You are to receive $100000 after you graduate. The money is invested and is making 8 percent. Assuming you have 3 more years of college, what is the present value of the $100000? Hint: N=36. So I set N=36, i=.08, PV=100000, and I'm looking to compute FV. The number I get is $100,240,280 but I know this isn't right. Please let me know as soon as you can this assignment is due tomorrow evening. Thank you!
