TI Omni 800 810 RO Terminal printer is printing light on one side of form and dark on the other. What could the problem be?

0 There is a black lever on the right side of the carriage that moves the carriage bar in and out.  Set the printer to test mode so it prints a continuous barber pole and adjust the lever up until its dark enough.
