I have Toshiba e202l for some reason machine lock down with massage call service with code C440 on screen, it possible to unlock it ?

5 This error code C440 in your model means the Fuser is too high or too low. To clear this fuser error do the following. turn on power while holding down “0” & “8.” Enter 400. Press “Start.” Changestatus to “0.” Press "ENTER" or "INTERRUPT." Shut power and turn back on If it will not clear you will need to replace the fuser and get service
