I am trying to print the scanning instructions from the cd User Documentation v1.12E that came with the machine. When I do so, it says it has encountered a problem and needs to debug. This solves nothing. The cd looks quite scratched - could this be the problem? I am failing to scan and save onto my server and need to understand the stages of the scanning process, and would like to read the full instructions. Bridget Holland
