How do I Add Tax on this , for Example , If I pres...

How do I Add Tax on this , for Example , If I press $10.00 on the cash register, how do I multiply 0.13/1.13 on the cash register because I'm having difficulties, I searched online for the manual and it never tells me the basic's on how to add. On The cash register I have , it doesn't have the Add/+ sign or the %+ sign , it only has %- sign.
