my register ma-1350 will allow paper to roll out b...

my register ma-1350 will allow paper to roll out but it wont print anything, what do i do? i put orders in but paper just wont come out unless i push fr so that the paper will roll out

5 Did you make sure the paper roll was installed the right way? Because I believe if the paper roll is installed backwards it will not print any text.
