Question About Toshiba Computer Monitor None
blurry or fuzzy fonts...

I am using the Toshiba LD19B303 19" monitor with my HP laptop with Vista and I cannot get either the fonts or the videos to come sharp. All the letters have shadows under them. Where do I go to fix this?
