Hi once again and thanks for your prompt reply, I have been to your web page again but it still won't let me find the manual you say you have found. I can't download it from your email as it is greyed out, the numbers I have are as follows. TOSHIBA Portege M600. and PPM60A-09D01D,as I am very elderly and not very computer wise I would appreciate any help you can give me. Regards Dorfot.
