Hi toshiba L300D series manual and connecting to a tv...

Where is my tosiba L300D series laptop manual? Is it on a disk? I am trying to connect the laptop to a insinia tv and the tv is saying no signal...Help please what do I do to fix this? Thank you soooo muck
