I purchased a satellite C55-B5299 P/N PSCMLU-02801M S/N 9E015489P There is no instrucional with the computer, nor is this model shown in this "help" web-site of yours. Do I have to return it for lack of a written (in English) instructional/primer/users manual? I have used PC's for 25 yrs. now, never ran into this situation before. .......Paul Doss
