just bought Toshiba Satellite Pro C855-S5308 and c...

just bought Toshiba Satellite Pro C855-S5308 and cannot open windows 8 screen. The computer keeps asking for a sign-in and password. I don't remember the password used at the store. For failed attempts I keep getting a message saying the computer is off-line. Can't I use windows 8 with going on the internet?
