Question About Toshiba Laptop None
Laptop comes on but doesn't allow me to do anything....

I have a Toshiba L305D It worked fine two days ago and now it will come on and allow me to get to my desktop but it says that some of the startup programs are blocked and won't allow me to get onto anything like system restore or an antivirus or internet. Please help!!
