While setting up a new L300 for my wife, I put a password in for her user name. When trying to open the programming for the first time, I find that her user name comes up, but the computer does not recognize the password I put in. I am locked out of the new computer. Does anyone know how to get beyond this problem (ie., is there a universal passcode for the computer that will allow me to reset the passcode), or any other solution would also be appreciated.
