Please help find the manual for this Toshiba Laptop PC...

i have probem because the computer dont turn on. the power system in laptop have problem. i need the technical manual for reparations

0 please help me after lending my laptop to my younger brother a mistake i now know! he has deleted my accounts on my laptop and created his own which wouldnt be a major problem if he could remember his password which unfortunatly he cant so how would i go about resolving this problem? i have no disks or floppy to go with my toshiba laptop as they where lost when i moved house please help. thankyou simon.
