I inherited this classic from a friend and can't seem to find the power on button. searched every concievable place. need a picture and feature chart / manual

0 Open the lapt top, as you face the screen, slide you hand along the left edge (of the laptop side, not the screen). At the back left edge, there is a sliding door, slide it towards you and then push into the open area just exposed by the sliding door. (took me a while, too.)
