Question About Toshiba Laptop PSCFEU00L004
PSCFEU-00L004 C55-A5249-keyboard stops responding....

PSCFEU-00L004 C55-A5249-keyboard stops responding. Have forced shutdown. Turned back on but still no response. Laptop is plugged in so battery isn't weak or dead. What do I do to get my laptop functioning again?
