my brother has the toshiba satellite with WINDOWS VISTA HOME BASIC. the computer was given to him by a friend of ours that we have lost contact with and we now cannot get into the computer because we don't know the PASSWORD nor do we have the windows vista install disk??????? What the HECK are we supposed to do?
