System Password Reset?...

I let one of my friend borrowed my laptop for couple months and when they return it back to me, the laptop makes beeping noise continuosly and I don't know the password. Is there a way Toshiba support can help me reset my laptop? please give me a email at sparkle-vwj@hotmail.com
