Question About Toshiba Laptop Qosmio G20
won't turn on...

laptop was left in the car for a day in sub zero temperatures and now the computer doesn't turn on. It almost appears that it won't charge as the lights on the front are orange and flashing even after being plugged in. The charge light doesn't turn on. Please help!
