I have a Toshiba TLP 260 projector. I have changed the lamp.. When I try to start it up now, the lamp flashes briefly for 3 or 4 times, then the "on" LED turns red, the "Lamp" LED turns red, and the "Fan LED stays green. The lamp does not light.
