we have trend net fiber switch TE100-S81FX WE obs...

we have trend net fiber switch TE100-S81FX WE observe that the all indcation led of switch suddenly be off and after few second turnet on and during thes period the communication lost my qustion what the meaning of led indication ?how i can test if the switch work proberly or not
