I am having a problem to operate the printer. When I am trying to attempt print setting a character pith as desired the page. As the printer starting printing the character pitch automatically changing to 'PROP" mode and the printing working not properly. Please tell me how to fix this problem and also tell me how to get the user manual of the printer.
