I have an okidata microline 395 its our stores main printer well this afternoon i went to relaod a bo xof paper on it and the alarm light kept flashing so i cleaned it out removed all the paper and stuff from it and reloaded the paper but the alarm light just flashes the lights that are on, on the front panel are ORA, NLQ, 10, 20, Prop. personally i think that the print head may be bad but my boss told me to post it on here first.
