BC346XTC SCANNER, I GUESS I PUSHED THE WRONG BUTTON AND LOST SOME CHANNELS. HOW CAN I GO BACK TO FACTORY SET. I HAD YOU FOLKS PROGRAM IT WHEN PURCHASED. I DID NOT NEED ALL OF CHANNELS PROVIDED AND YOU TOLD ME HOW TO HIDE THEM. I CANT FIND IN DISC MANUAL HOW TO RESET. THANK YOU
