i HAVE A CUSTOMER WITH A BCD996XT .,Is there a hard manual for this instead of the cd sent with it??

0 i have the BCD996XT and Belive me even if they had a hard manual you cannot under stand it so i have taken mine to an electonics communications store that sells uniden scanners ans they programmed it for me on thier software for a fee to set it up works great but ! UNIDEN HAS TO COME OUT WITH A BETTER WAY OF UNDERSTANDING THIER MANUALS AFTER ALL WE ARE THIER BREAD AND BUTTER SO COME ON UNIDEN GET WITH THE PROGRHAM MAKE THE HARD MANUALS AFTER ALL YOUR ASKING A HIGH PRICE FOR THEM TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.
