1 "Uniden makes apparently MOST of the Radio Shack scanners, most notably the PRO-90 which is a clone of the BC-235XLT." Let's say that the 2SK209 FET is used in your Uniden scanner. To find all Radioshack scanners using this FET, use Google to search the parts lists: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rls=en&hs=FQ4&num=25&newwindow=1&q=2SK209+filetype%3Ahtm+site%3Asupport.radioshack.com&btnG=Search Then try RS for a service manual.
