posadka, I have the same issues. No manual. Every once in a while I have a problem with the laser light under the mouse flashing. Then the mouse won't work. I reinstalled the program and it fixed it. I have looked for the program on my computer and cannot find any files either. I htought maybe there would be something somewhere. I placed the link where I bought it from below. This will supply a picture needed.
