Question About Westinghouse Computer Monitor LCM-20v5
monitor is not wanting to come on right away when i turn on it takes some times 8 time to turn it off and on before it will come on...

When I turn my computer off for the night. The next morning when I turn it on the i can see the picture for just a second and then it goes black and want come on so I can see what is on my computer. Every time I hit the on button I see the picture on my computer for just a second and off it goes to black. After I try for about 8 times it finally comes on and it works fine. until I turn it off again for the night. Are there any hard drive updates that Ineed to add to this.

5 Check your capacitors, one might be bulged out a little or even burnt a little. You should contact Westing house and complain and/or ask for solution. I have already done this myself, but the squeaky wheel gets the oil. This is a flaw in there design and with the number of people that have this exact same problem, they must know about it and the solution. http://westinghousedigital.com/contactus.aspx

5 google "DAC-12M033BF" or "DAC-12M033" Dac-12M033 is slightly different, ut should still work. It has a couple of extra parts in the lower Rh corner, just remover/disconnect if it doesn't work with them installed. DAC-20v5BF board are hardr to find. That is your power supply. Open you monitor, remove 5 screws, 5 plugs and install. Will solve your problem. $25.00 to $28.00 dollars plus shipping.
