help...

mom gave me this pc about a 1yr ago. i was living abroad one month after obtaining this it died out. now i am back in u.s. and wish to fix this is there anyone who could refer me to the right place. IT DOESN'T TURN ON NOT WITH BATTERY NOR PLUGED IN HELP
