Have problems where to install extra RAM cards in computer. Have opened panel, bottom, but could not find spot to insert memory cards - diagram below - which does not show it. Is there a diagram that shows where it is. I checked the user manual but it does not show where it exactly is. Called Westinghouse tech support but they did not call or e-mail, as I requested.

4 1. Unscrew the screw on the bottom of the laptop labeled "K/B" 2. Remove the keyboard using a small flat object (starting from the top (left or right), pushing in each of the four small metal bumps along the top which hold the keyboard in place), and unplug the keyboard. 3. You will find a small metal plate with a plastic tab to pull it off revealing the RAM. 4. To remove the RAM, pull back on the two metal clips. The memory will pop up and from there you can pull it out and replace it with the new RAM.
