0 >> how do you plug in the keyboard to the mother board... well... it was NOT easy.... but i finally got it plugged back in using a long narrow flat-head screwdriver.... first make sure the tiny white "locking" tab, on the female connector, on the PCB, are pushed to the left, so the connector is open.... then lower the keyboard, just near enough for the ribbon cable to enter the connector, slide it gently in place, and finally... push the white locking plastic tab that will be visible just below the ribbon connector... it took several tries... but now the keyboard is working again.... this was a real pain... and i don't see any other way to repair the DC power connector.... without disconnecting the keyboard... Now... my problem is... there is no VGA output from the laptop's VGA connector, going to an external LCD flat screen TV.... if anyone has a clue on this one... please let me know.... i have re-installed the original "ATA Radeon 200m Xpress drivers... and i have tried updated versions... and of course :-), i have pressed the "FN-key F4" key.... many times... :-) Larry(at)EcoDelMar.org
