multiple page scanning into .pdf file on the xerox...

multiple page scanning into .pdf file on the xerox 5225. scanner will only scan avg 10 pgs to 1 .pdf. how can I scan a 50 pg document into a single .pdf file?

0 guess I should have mentioned that I'm trying to perform this in the "email" function
