Question About Xerox All in One Printer 7346
Naming Stored Documents...

We are unable to name thedocuments that we send to our mailbox on the Xerox. We send multiple jobs to the mailbox and can not tell them apart because there is no way to view or name them (that we know of). Could you please tell me how we can distinguish the jobs?
