We have a Xerox 7655 copier/scanner/fax machine and it will not let us print from Tray 4. We have letterhead in there, but when we try to print to it, it comes from tray 3 and then we have to copy that sheet and tell the machine from the display to print from tray 4. It will only work that way. If we try to print there, we set up the page setup to go to tray 4 and then set the printer settings up to go to tray 4, but it won't print anything there straight from the computer. Any suggestions?
